COVID-19, social distancing and isolation are all having an impact on our mental health.  We might be physically apart from our friends and family but we can still support each other.

Acts of kindness can be as simple as showing support for the NHS and Key Workers on Thursdays with the 8pm clapping or showing kindness to yourself by spending time engaging in an activity you enjoy or maybe taking some time out for relaxation.
